Dwayne grew up on a council estate in Brixton, London and was raised in a culturally diverse community, with loving parents that encouraged him and his siblings to achieve a good education.
The Journey
"I took my property investment company to making six figure annual sums supported by great systems, processes and teams."
After that, Dwayne went to Durham University to study. During a gap year at university, he sourced his first property deal, making £1,000 in just 4 hours. A huge wake up call for a student who was used to earning £35 for an eight-hour shift.
